Dynamic Collections Specialist | Flexible Hours

Watercressgroup is seeking a Collections Specialist to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts and maintain accurate records. You will contact clients, negotiate payment terms, resolve billing discrepancies, and escalate complex cases as needed. The role requires at least an associate or bachelor’s degree and 2 years in collections, with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
