Looking for a Dental Treatment Concierge a high-touch liaison between patients and the clinical team, ensuring a "5-star" experience from initial contact through treatment completion, combining front-desk hospitality with treatment coordination, focusing on patient comfort, explaining complex treatment plans, managing schedules, and facilitating financial arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Experience: Greet patients, provide office tours, and ensure a comfortable environment, often acting as a patient advocate.
• Treatment Coordination: Present treatment plans, explain clinical findings, and guide patients through procedures (e.g., implants and invisalign).
• Financial & Insurance Management: Discuss cost estimates, insurance coverage, and payment options to secure financing.
• Scheduling & Follow-up: Manage complex, multi-visit schedules, fill gaps in the schedule, and follow up with patients on pending treatment.
• Administrative Support: Maintain patient records.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Generally 5 years in a dental office (front office or assistant).
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication, ability to handle high-end, complex cases, and proficiency in dental software.
• Demeanor: Warm, professional, and confident in discussing financial investments.
