TITLE: Summer School Office Clerk PRIMARY FUNCTION: Assists Summer School Coordinator with answering phones, responding to parent and teacher questions and requests, assisting with clarifying transportation needs of students, call parents to clarify student attendance, assist Summer School Coordinator with clerical duties, covers lunch shift for Poquoson Elementary School office staff members, travels to Poquoson Primary School to cover lunch shift for office staff members. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or equivalent; supplemented by related school office customer service and organizational work experience preferred.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 1 hour orientation on June 24, 2025, 15 days: June 29-July 23, 2025 (7:30 am - 1:00 pm,) M-Th only. July 2nd holiday Schools and offices will be closed, Pay of $15.00/hour Attachment(s):
