Sous Chef
We are hiring a Sous Chef! Responsibilities include training all associates in the kitchen, writing schedules, maintaining communication between management and associates, writing and presenting disciplinary actions, providing tools and equipment, taking action on kitchen problems, participating in department and staff meetings, ensuring high-quality food service, establishing goals and standards, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining records, and ensuring timely payroll submissions.
Salary: $43,517.05 - $54,396.31 DOE
