You are Valued: Our staff is the heart of our organization Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance by overseeing care plans, medication management, documentation, and adherence to assisted living licensure requirements. Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to assess residents, develop individualized health and service plans, and support residents through the aging process. Supervise, train, and support unlicensed staff, including competency training, staffing coordination, TB testing, and on-call assistance. Assist with resident admissions, maintain resident records, respond to emergency situations, and partner closely with leadership to support daily community operations.
