Program Director Responsibilities Lead safety, quality, and compliance standards (including IFR Own full P&L and financial performance of the business unit, including monthly targets, budgeting, and internal reporting. Drive operational excellence across sites by ensuring KPI achievement, standardization (visual management/reporting), and implementation of corrective actions. Provide strategic leadership and governance by coaching GMs/OMs, supporting best practices, and managing network-level reporting. Partner with customers and internal stakeholders by leading QBR content, managing corporate requests, and strengthening relationships to support retention and growth. Support commercial success through involvement in new business, SOW negotiations, and oversight of legal and commercial requirements.
