Banquet Bartender

Carmel Country Club has a full-time job opportunity for seasoned, experienced Banquet Bartenders to serve in our Clubhouse.


Carmel is a large club that offers our members and their guests many opportunities to enjoy banquet functions. From small birthday and anniversary parties to large signature events, corporate events and everything in-between, we have a lot of different events happening at the club all year round.

Responsibilities include set up and break down of bar or event, cleaning up banquet area, attending staff meetings, and providing excellent member service.


In addition to banquet events, our restaurants at Carmel offer our members multiple dining venues including indoor casual dining, indoor formal dining, outdoor casual dining and pub dining. This position may serve in those areas of the Club, as well as banquet events.

The schedule requires working evenings, holidays and weekends on a consistent basis.

Carmel is a club that offers what we can do as opposed to saying what we cannot do. Our team works together to find a way to accommodate member requests as long as the outcome is safe, legal, and courteous. Sometimes the hardest part of this is meeting the last requirement: courteousness. If the request will disrupt other members or negatively impact your team members, then we need to find a creative solution to offer the member.
