About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Human Resources to take on a pivotal role in establishing and leading all people-related functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing core HR policies, processes, and systems that are tailored to the needs of a small but sophisticated financial organization. This includes serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership in areas such as workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design. The role also involves building scalable HR frameworks to support the company's growth while maintaining a strong and cohesive culture. Key responsibilities for the Head of HR at the company include end-to-end recruitment for various roles, developing and maintaining performance management systems, and fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and high integrity. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, be adept at balancing tactical execution with long-term strategy, and possess the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree or HR certification, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in financial services or a small-to-mid-sized investment firm. The role demands a professional with strong executive presence, excellent judgment, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
