Industrial Painter Trainee – Entry Level (Full Training Program)

McConnellsburg, PA

Start your career in industrial painting with a full, paid training program —no experience required. This is a long-term opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow into a certified Industrial Painter.

What You’ll Do

• Learn industrial painting techniques including prep, coating, and finishing
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming materials
• Apply coatings using spray equipment and other painting tools
• Inspect finished products to ensure proper coverage and quality
• Follow safety procedures while working with paints, chemicals, and equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Connellsburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.75/hr.
