REQUIREMENTS:

Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history

Competitive, goal-driven mindset

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Physical ability to lift and organize heavy product

Basic computer skills

Experience in customer service or as a sales rep, sales manager, or account representative is helpful but NOT REQUIRED

Strong communication skills and confidence talking to customers

Coachable and willing to learn

YOUR LIFE AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE

This isn't your typical retail sales job. As a Sales Representative, you'll spend your day connecting with customers, understanding what they need, building value in our products and programs, and turning conversations into sales.

You'll follow up with leads, help customers find the right tire and wheel solutions, and work toward individual and store goals. We're looking for someone who is confident, competitive, comfortable asking for the sale, and motivated by results.

You'll earn hourly pay plus commission, so the effort you put in directly impacts what you can earn. If you enjoy talking to people, winning, hitting goals, and being rewarded for your performance, you'll fit right in.
