A physician-led health system in east-central Indiana near the Ohio border is seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician to join a well-established, highly collaborative emergency care team.

• Employed, physician-led emergency medicine role
• Join a team of 18 EM-trained, board-certified physicians
• Flexible scheduling with 120-hour monthly requirement
• Coverage across two emergency departments in the region
• No inpatient admitting orders required
• Strong APP support across both sites
• Open to both newly trained and experienced physicians

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base compensation
• Up to $25K annual group incentive bonus potential
• Extra shift compensation available
• $60K signing bonus
• $100K student loan repayment
• $24K residency stipend (final 12 months of training)
• $5K annual CME allowance
