Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Overview Cozen O’Connor is looking for an experienced commercial Real Estate attorney to join our growing Real Estate group in Washington, D.C. We are open to candidates at the senior associate or junior partner level. Qualifications Experience working with developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management, and sale of real estate is required. Experience negotiating real estate joint venture transactions is preferred. Strong analytical skills and excellent academic credentials, together with the ability to work with minimal supervision are required. Candidates must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the D.C. Bar. Compensation The salary range for this role is $280,000 - $335,000 USD and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
