Job Description:

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will work in the Emergency Department providing comprehensive emergency medical services to all age groups in a 54-bed state designated Level III Trauma Center and Level II Stroke Center. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on established hospital procedures.
• Monitor and report changes in patient's condition and respond quickly to patient inquiries.
• Coordinate patient care with other members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications required.
• AL or Compact License (No temp Licenses accepted).
• Minimum of 18 months of experience working under the highest level of professional license, with at least 1 year of experience in the field of specialty.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree.
• Willingness to float to other units and hospitals as needed.
