Principal Sales Representative, Vascular | Louisville, KY

Medtronic seeks a Principal Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in vascular products across an assigned Louisville, KY territory. The role involves promoting peripheral vascular therapies, developing new accounts, training medical staff, and achieving sales objectives while maintaining ethical territory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory revenue and market share targets
• Identify opportunities across existing and new accounts to expand product portfolio penetration
• Build relationships with physicians and healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling and clinical discussions
• Provide clinical support to physicians and care teams during procedure planning and case management
• Manage territory operations including account coverage, market intelligence, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 10+ years sales/clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare
• OR Associate's degree plus 8+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
• OR Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
• Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and acceptable driving record
• Ability to operate safely in clinical environments with personal protective equipment
• Knowledge of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols preferred
• Past medical device or healthcare sales experience preferred
