If you take pride in your paint work and like seeing what you've built come to life, this could be a great fit.What You'll Be Doing:Prep, prime, and paint metal truck parts using spray guns and proper mixing techniques according to order specificationsDo touch-ups and repairs to keep finishes smooth and consistentRun and maintain various paint equipmentKeep your area clean and organizedWork safely and help your team keep production running strongOperation of material handling equipment, forklifts, hoists, etc.Maintain paint supply inventoryUse MAX system to maintain knowledge of policies and procedures, read shop orders including engineer drawingsWhat You'll Need:At least 1 year of experience in industrial or auto painting (preferred)Know your way around primers, topcoats, and spray finishesGood eye for detail and a steady handAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shiftTeam player with a solid work ethic and reliabilityAbility to climb up and down trucks, steps and ladders safely #J-18808-Ljbffr
