Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a closely related field
- Proven experience working with students who have mild, moderate, or significant disabilities
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet individual student goals
- Capacity for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized lesson plans that address each student’s unique strengths and challenges
- Develop, review, and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student performance, adapt interventions, and document progress accurately
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth
- Communicate regularly with families and key support staff
- Participate in meetings and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
- Advocate for students’ needs, ensuring equitable access to the curriculum
