Supporting Team: Receive ongoing training, guidance and mentorship from a dedicated, passionate team. Job Duties Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under supervision. Collect and graph session data for progress tracking. Teach new communication, social, and daily living skills. Manage and reduce challenging behaviors in a natural setting. Required Skills And Qualifications Patience and empathy for children and families. Reliability, punctuality and a consistent schedule. Strong verbal and written communication. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a background check. Compensation Competitive compensation starting at 25USD/hour. Increases based on experience and credentials (e.g. RBT license). Additional Bonus The company may help obtain the RBT license, and get a $500 bonus and a $2 raise upon passing the RBT exam.
