About Our Firm AmLaw Firm seeks to add an IP Trademark Paralegal to their growing Copyright and Branding team. The role requires a true trademark subject matter expert—not simply maintaining a docket. It involves high‑level trademark prosecution, international portfolio management, and a broad range of client industries. Requirements 5+ years of Intellectual Property experience supporting large Trademark Portfolios Knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and international trademark rules and procedures Proficiency in understanding IP docket and deadlines and maintaining Secondary Docket Experience with International trademark filings, renewals, ownership transfers Experience with Trademark searches, watch notices, copyright filings, and IP due diligence projects Compensation Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 per year.
