About the Role With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, TikTok is the ideal platform to deliver a brand new and exciting shopping experience to our users. TikTok is already the place where trends first surface, and where brands, creators, and consumers are already connected in meaningful ways. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our commercial team in the US, to help build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users and partners alike. The Business Development Manager role is responsible for scaling a book of enterprise partners, and driving topline revenue growth for TikTok's US Commerce business. Responsibilities Define business development strategy, lead key initiatives, and build healthy seller eco-system through Mass Acquisition & Incubation in Electronics, Books, Hardlines & Virtual Goods category. Build and manage a strong seller pipeline by identifying opportunities with Category leadership, initiating conversations, and converting prospects into productive sellers on TikTok Shop. Develop and manage partner relationships that support market outreach, lead generation, and seller growth objectives. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, drive seller GMV growth and improve adoption of livestream, affiliate and shoptab etc. Track pipeline and acquisition performance, surface actionable insights, and work cross-functionally to improve seller conversion and activation quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr TikTok
