Creator Growth Project Intern (TikTok Shop - US Operation) - 2026 Start (BS/MS) Employment Type: Intern Job Code: A252310A Role Summary As a project intern on the TikTok Shop US operation team, you will work on short‑term projects that provide real‑world experience in e‑commerce and content & creator commerce. You will develop practical skills and deepen your career interests. Responsibilities Design creator incentive programs that align with each cluster’s merchandising focus (e.g., hero SKUs, seasonal categories, or assortment gaps). Incorporate cluster‑specific creator needs (e.g., recruiting more top‑performing creators vs. incubating emerging creators) into program logic and reward structures. Track utilization rates and task progress using dashboards and internal tools. Conduct performance diagnostics to identify the root causes behind low registration or poor ROI; generate data‑driven insights and actionable improvement plans for future programs. Conduct comprehensive post‑mortem reviews to assess performance, extract insights, and identify areas for optimization. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related major. Proven experience in data/business analytics, including consulting and internet companies. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of e‑commerce platform rules, with relevant experience in strategic operations and service experience operations of large e‑commerce platforms preferred. Job Information Hourly Rate: $23.75. Benefits Interns have day‑one access to health and life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays per year, and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
