About the Team The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years, and TikTok aims to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and affiliates. We are an entrepreneurial team passionate about shaping the future of shopping and delivering a high‑quality e‑commerce experience through TikTok. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for a 12‑week internship in 2026, offering students hands‑on experience. Responsibilities Design an integrated Seller Live plan to increase the live GMV of Sellers in TikTok Shop. Analyze live performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with the XFN team to align sellers' promotions with overall marketing initiatives. Stay up‑to‑date on TikTok trends and algorithm changes to ensure maximum visibility for the shop. Summer Start Dates May 11th, 2026 May 18th, 2026 May 26th, 2026 June 8th, 2026 June 22nd, 2026 Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing an MBA degree. Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during summer/fall 2026. Proven track record in business development and sales within live streaming, e‑commerce, media, or digital marketing, and strong understanding of 1‑to‑1 and 1‑to‑few relationship building between tech platforms and sellers. Ability to work independently, manage multiple high‑profile initiatives, be curious, self‑motivated, and have a bias‑for‑action mindset ("no task is too small"). Preferred Qualifications Graduating December 2026 onward with intent to return to the degree program after the internship. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, documentation, presentation, and communication skills. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, and logical problem solving. Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content‑based e‑commerce highly preferred. Job Information Compensation Description (Hourly) – Campus Intern: The hourly rate range for this position is $38-$38. Benefits may vary depending on location. Interns have access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays per year, paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half), and may be eligible for a housing allowance if not working 100% remote.
