It aims to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and affiliates. The TikTok Shop US operation team is responsible for building the TikTok E-commerce partnership in the US and delivering a high‑quality, customer‑centric experience. Responsibilities Industry & Market Analysis: Research industry trends in the Fashion category, focusing on leading merchants, product assortment, seasonality, and pricing patterns. Strategic Insights: Compile and deliver research reports with actionable insights to support leadership decision‑making, ensuring alignment between market dynamics and category growth strategy. Seller Activation: Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, or chat to introduce the opportunity and assess seller interest. Seller Operations & Communication: Develop and maintain a structured approach (e.g., surveys, interviews, trackers) to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from existing sellers and synthesize insights into concise reports. Relationship Management: Act as day‑to‑day point of contact for seller queries, concerns, and assistance, ensuring timely responses and escalation when needed. Must commit to at least a 3‑month internship period. Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong interest in e‑commerce and the fashion industry. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of both qualitative and quantitative research. Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills, skilled at moving initiatives forward. Passion for business and a drive to achieve higher goals. Preferred Qualifications Internship or full‑time experience in an e‑commerce marketplace business or retail category management. Familiarity with TikTok content ecosystem, shoppable content, and brand‑creator partnerships. Job Information The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75 - $23.75. Benefits Interns have day‑one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 hours if hired in the second half). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for a housing allowance.
