Marketing Coordinator Intern Location In Office Employment Type Full-Time, Paid Internship Position Overview We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Coordinator Intern to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, full-time paid internship supporting marketing initiatives across a portfolio of restaurant, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. Responsibilities Content & Creative Assist with capturing photo and video content at client locations. Design social media graphics, flyers, menus, and promotional assets. Edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and digital ads. Help maintain brand consistency across creative assets and client platforms. Assist with developing creative concepts for campaigns, launches, promotions, and events. Organize photo, video, and creative assets for ongoing use. Social Media Support Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms. Help write captions, hashtags, and community engagement responses. Support the development and organization of content calendars across multiple client accounts. Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, tags, and user-generated content. Assist with reviewing content performance and identifying trends or opportunities. Help ensure promotions, events, specials, and other timely initiatives are accurately reflected across social channels. Influencer & PR Support Research and source influencers and creators for client campaigns. Assist with influencer outreach, scheduling, and visit coordination. Help coordinate comped meals, events, and brand activations. Track influencer deliverables, posts, and campaign results. Maintain organized influencer lists and campaign records. Support PR initiatives, media research, and outreach as needed. Client & Campaign Support Support the team with client campaigns and day-to-day marketing initiatives. Assist with launches, promotions, events, and experiential activations. Help coordinate campaign materials, assets, and deliverables. Track deadlines and assist with keeping projects organized and moving forward. Help ensure deliverables meet brand and quality standards before completion. Provide project updates and communicate outstanding needs to the appropriate team members. Required Qualifications Current student, recent graduate, or early-career candidate interested in marketing, communications, social media, or a related field. Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe, or equivalent. Familiarity with short-form video editing. Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends. Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute creative ideas. Preferred Previous internship, coursework, or hands‑on experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a related field. Interest in hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle brands. Photography or content capture experience. Familiarity with influencer marketing or PR. Experience with video editing software.
