Join a Fast-Growing AI Technology Company Compensation: $110,000 per year + healthcare and benefits Full-Time | 100% In-Office Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Pacific Time About the Role KeenView is a fast-growing AI technology company looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our San Diego team. This is an opportunity to work in one of the fastest-changing areas of technology: how businesses are discovered across Google and leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude . This is a highly execution-focused position. You will spend most of your workday at a computer completing structured, detailed, and often repetitive work. This is not a client-facing, creative, or marketing strategy role. The right person genuinely enjoys getting into a workflow, working through detailed tasks systematically, and seeing a large amount of work move from not completed to completed. You do not need previous AI search experience. We provide extensive training on our technology, systems, processes, and approach. We're looking for someone who is intelligent, has excellent written English, is exceptionally detail-oriented, learns technology quickly, and takes pride in completing work accurately and consistently. What You'll Do Complete structured marketing and AI-search projects Work with digital information, content, and technology Review information carefully for accuracy and completeness Complete detailed, computer-based tasks efficiently and consistently Follow established processes and project requirementsPerform quality assurance on completed work Track and document completed projects Identify errors or issues and elevate them appropriately Work independently through large task lists Collaborate with members of our technology and search teams Who Will Thrive Here You'll likely be a strong fit if you: Have at least 2 years of full-time professional experience working in an office environment Genuinely enjoy detailed, computer-based work Are comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods Like working through long, structured task lists Have excellent written English and strong attention to detail Naturally double-check your work Can maintain accuracy while completing a high volume of tasks Learn new software and technology quickly Follow detailed instructions carefully Enjoy working independently Prefer execution and completing tasks over meetings and strategy Are highly organized, dependable, and consistent Are interested in AI and emerging technology Are comfortable working in our San Diego office every weekday from 6:00 AM–3:00 PM What You'll Learn You'll receive hands-on training in AI search, search technology, and emerging AI platforms while developing expertise in an area that is rapidly changing how businesses are discovered online. No previous AI-search expertise is required. We're looking for the right combination of intelligence, attention to detail, work ethic, written communication skills, professional experience, and comfort with technology.
