Marketing Operations Coordinator

Support current and new clientele by delivering prompt and professional customer service to internal and external customers Manage producer appointments, contracts, and licensing for new and existing producers Oversee distribution management Collaborate with team members and producers to set up and maintain accurate producer information in Arrowhead’s CRM Deliver customer service across all channels while meeting KPIs for response time, satisfaction, and issue resolution Assist producers and clients by addressing inquiries, locating information, and interpreting business needs Maintain communication and timely follow-up between divisions and producers Manage workload independently while contributing to team priorities and departmental targets Participate in training procedures and continuous improvement initiatives Manage high-volume data and phone support Own departmental projects, develop procedures, and adapt to changing priorities Participate in team meetings, share insights, track KPI progress, and collaborate Perform additional responsibilities as assigned Requirements Organized and detail-oriented, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to interface with diverse employee and customer groups Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service capabilities by effectively managing producer appointments, contracts, and licensing while maintaining accurate information in CRM systems.
