SaaS and Cloud services experience is always a plus. • The candidate can review the contracts through the analytical lens. • The candidate should have strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders in the decision making. • Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance requirements • Proficiency in contract life cycle management software (e.g., Vendor) • Analytical skills for risk assessment and resolution • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills • The candidate should be quick in understanding the management intent and can implement it with a strong sense of urgency.
