SMT Operator Lead

SMT Operator Lead Location: Milpitas, CA Pay Range: $27.00-$28.00/hr Shift: Swing Shift (2:30 pm – 11 pm) / Day Shift (6 am – 2:30 pm) Responsibilities Oversee SMT and set‑up areas to ensure smooth production flow. Set up and operate programmable screen printers, SMT placement machines, and reflow ovens. Assist in training operators on SMT and related equipment. Manage priorities and workflow in accordance with the production schedule. Ensure compliance with quality standards and proper use of controlled product documents. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead in electronics contract manufacturing, specifically in PCBA and SMT. At least 5 years of experience operating SMT screen printers and pick‑and‑place machines. High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience with mechanical tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches is a plus. Familiarity with DEK265 Printer, Fuji CP643E, CP65E, GSM2, HELLER Oven.
