Sales Administrative Assistant

HYATT Hotels

Location: US - FL - Miami, Grand Hyatt Miami Beach Convention Center Summary We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative support to a team of Sales Managers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, friendly, quick to learn new computer programs, able to multitask, complete projects on time, and demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently and confidently. At least one year of sales/catering experience is a plus. Must be able to establish professional relationships within the hotel and manage confidential information. Strengths must include proficiency in typing, grammar, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Flexibility in work schedule a plus. Essential Physical Abilities: Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, such as reaching, bending and stooping. Repetitive hand motion (typing) for extended periods of time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
