Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $85 - $59.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based outpatient OT interventions to improve strength, coordination, and functional performance
- Address activities of daily living (ADLs) and fine motor skills
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modification strategies as needed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
- CPR/BLS Certification (if required)
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Education
