If you can whip up a meal plan, keep a kitchen sparkling, and lead a team with heart, we want YOU! What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Recipe for Success): Oversee meal production for our long-term care residents Make sure every plate is safe, tasty, and tailored to therapeutic diets Keep food, labor, and supply costs in check Coordinate orders like a pro—no one likes running out of coffee or ketchup Keep the kitchen spotless and infection-free Manage daily and deep-cleaning schedules like a boss Hire, train, schedule, and support your foodservice crew Be the mentor they didn’t know they needed Collaborate with dietitians to meet resident preferences Attend care conferences and resident council meetings Meet new residents and make them feel right at home What You Bring to the Table: Willingness to take (or already passed) the CDM/CFPP Exam At least 2 years of experience in long-term care or hospital food production Leadership skills, a love for food, and a heart for healthcare Health, dental, vision, disability & life insurance (subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements) 401(k) with company match through Fidelity Daily Pay: Get up to 50% of your earnings the next day Healthcare is a calling—and we’re here to help you answer it.
