Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience at each visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Plan the shift schedule. Monitor performance and take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Maintain safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition. Help departments meet their goals. As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
