Senior Estimator - K-12/Commercial Leadership

Jobot is seeking a Senior Estimator (Commercial / K-12) in McKinney, TX. This on-site, full-time role leads a team of estimators and drives CSP, CMAR, and hard-bid projects for our education and public-work portfolio. You will perform quantity takeoffs, develop GMP pricing, publish bid tabs, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with Field Ops through hand-off of finished estimates.
