Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Full-time contract positions are open for the upcoming academic year in the Lewisville and The Colony areas. District leaders are reviewing candidates now, with multiple openings available to support students across a range of grade levels and caseloads (to be determined based on placement).

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license, in good standing
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse student needs and caseload variations
• Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered services

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, develop IEPs, and implement therapy services for students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
• Participate actively in MDT and ARD meetings
• Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
• Provide in-person, onsite services only (no virtual assignments)
