The Order Processing Rep I, Editing plays a critical role within the Order Processing, Editing team. This role ensures timely, accurate processing and excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. Key focus areas include operational accuracy, communication, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review order notes
• Calculate pricing
• Contact suppliers websites or call
• Clarify missing information with AE

• Effective written communication
• Detail oriented
• Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to read, interpret and follow written instructions
• grammar / punctuation
• Able to work as individual or as a team
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines

Compensation: The estimated hour rate range for this position is between $16.00 - $19.00 an hour. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
