Position Summary Tech Guardian is looking for a Helpdesk Supervisor to lead the daily performance, quality, and accountability of our service desk team. Responsibilities Lead daily performance, quality, and accountability of the service desk team. Coach technicians and improve service quality. Ensure tickets move through the system efficiently and protect client experience. Balance client satisfaction with team accountability. Support the technical team in meeting high performance standards. Qualifications Experience in MSP or IT services, with a background as a senior technician, team lead, dispatcher/coordinator, helpdesk supervisor, or service desk lead. Strong technical ability is a plus; comfortable reviewing technical work, understanding escalations, asking good troubleshooting questions, and occasionally helping with tickets or escalations when needed. Organized, professional, calm under pressure, and able to balance client satisfaction with team accountability. Apply via the provided form.
