Injection Molding Process Technician - 2nd Shift

Danaher seeks an Injection Molding Process Technician for second shift operations in Indianapolis. The role involves setting up and troubleshooting injection molding equipment, supporting continuous production in a plastics manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform mold setups, troubleshooting, and corrective tasks on injection molding and blow molding machines
- Respond to unplanned downtime events and diagnose complex processing issues
- Collaborate with machine operators, process technicians, supervisors, and maintenance staff
- Execute preventive maintenance and support equipment adjustments to maintain production efficiency
Requirements
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, multimeter, and precision measurement instruments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new processes
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with injection molding machines or related plastics processing equipment
- Capacity to work independently on mold setups and troubleshooting tasks
