Injection Molding Process Technician - 3rd Shift

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences seeks an Injection Molding Process Technician for third-shift manufacturing operations in Indianapolis. The role involves troubleshooting and setup of injection molding equipment, molds, and automation systems while supporting production teams in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on injection molding and blow molding machines
Execute mold and cell setups on various plastics processing equipment and automation systems
Respond to unplanned downtime events and communicate with operations and maintenance teams
Collaborate with machine operators, process technicians, and supervisors on complex processing issues

Requirements

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and precision measurement instruments
Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to continuous learning
Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills
Experience with injection molding or similar plastics processing equipment
Ability to work independently on mold setups and process troubleshooting tasks
