Position Purpose/Summary

As an Environmental Services Aide, you'll be responsible for keeping our facility clean, safe, and welcoming. Your work will help maintain the high standards that make Trinity Grove a trusted home for so many.

Key Responsibilities

Dust designated areas and items throughout the facility
Dry mop specified areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
Empty trashcans, clean when needed, and replace liners
Clean assigned bathroom fixtures and chrome surfaces
Clean walls and remove paper/debris from floors as directed
Report repairs or maintenance needs promptly
Maintain a safe environment and report any hazards
Understand and use emergency equipment when appropriate
Keep all information confidential
Interact courteously with residents, staff, and visitors
Participate in ongoing educational programs
Demonstrate Trinity Grove's mission, vision, and values every day
Perform other duties as needed for facility operations

Qualifications

Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
Familiarity with cleaning and housekeeping procedures preferred
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

Visual acuity and clear communication skills
Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and up to 10 pounds regularly
Ability to walk extensively, climb small ladders, stoop, and bend at the waist as needed
Occasional outdoor work and possible exposure to cleaning chemicals or body fluids
