Job Description:
MLR Healthcare is looking for a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team for the day shift. In this role, you will assist surgeons during procedures, prepare and maintain the operating room, and ensure a sterile environment. We offer a competitive salary along with an attractive sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons by providing necessary instruments and supplies during procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the operating room before, during, and after surgeries.
- Ensure all surgical equipment is properly sterilized and functioning.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Applied Science Surgical Technology from an accredited program.
- Indiana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or certification as a Surgical Technologist within 6 months of hire.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
