Accountant (S)

Bishop & Company is seeking an Accountant for an association management company in Honolulu. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial statements for multiple clients in a timely manner. Process, review, and audit daily accounting transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy. Maintain organized and complete accounting records in support of financial activities. Apply auditors’ instructions and management’s policies to financial processes and reporting. Provide responsive, professional support to clients, property managers, and vendors while addressing unique business needs. Conduct research, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve accounting issues promptly. Manage and prioritize multiple client accounts while meeting strict deadlines. Assist with and complete complex special projects as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Associate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field; or at least two years of equivalent accounting experience. Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask, adapt, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment. Additional Information Job Type: Temporary-to-hire opportunity Pay: $23-28/hr DOE Location: Honolulu, 96813 Parking: No parking available, but we provide up to $70 toward a monthly bus pass.
