Job Description\n GHG Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Chandler, Arizona.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Telemetry\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 11/09/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, nights\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n \n Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2314.64\n \n Opportunity:\n RN - CV Tele\n Job Details:\n • 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM\n • Every other weekend requirement\n • Must work 2 of 3 major holidays\n • First to float to similar or lower acuity units\n • Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks\n • Must have a minimum of 2 full years of experience to be considered\n • Must pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of receiving offer (maximum of 2 attempts)\n • Must pass a Pass/Fail exam on day 1 of orientation with an emphasis on sterile field techniques\n • Unit: CV Tele D2 & C4 - 32 bed unit\n • Patient ratio: 1:3-4\n • Must be able to interpret EKGs using centralized telemetry monitoring\n • Administer and titrate medications including Amiodarone, Cardene, Nitro, Heparin, and Dobutamine (titrating down only)\n • Common patient diagnoses include post cath lab, post vascular procedures, day 2 CABG patients, and general telemetry\n • No pediatric patients - patients must be 15 years of age or older\n • Charge nurse available with no patient assignment and a Clinical Supervisor in a management role\n • PCTs available at a ratio of 1 per every 16 patients\n • Respiratory therapy and pharmacy support available 24/7\n • Hospitalist rounds during the day and on call at night\n • 2-day floor-specific orientation provided\n • Charting system: Cerner\n • Scrub color: Navy\n • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS\n Facility:\n This is a Level 1 Trauma acute care facility offering comprehensive cardiovascular and telemetry services.
