A well-regarded Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking a litigation attorney with solid experience in tort law to join its expanding team. About the Role
You will oversee a range of tort litigation matters, primarily focused on negligence and employment-related liability claims. This position offers the chance to take ownership of cases, develop litigation strategies, and guide matters through all phases of the legal process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of tort matters, including negligence and premises liability claims
• Manage cases involving negligent hiring, supervision, training, and employee retention issues
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Lead discovery, including written discovery, document review, and depositions
• Prepare cases for trial and assist with courtroom proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on tort law
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Stable employment history required
