Bartender

As a bartender at The PIZZERIA, you're not just serving drinks-you're creating an experience. We want someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, loves engaging with people, and can craft the perfect cocktail with speed and precision. Your role is crucial in setting the tone at our bar, ensuring every guest feels the warmth, fun, and hospitality of our brand.

What We're Looking For:

• A true people person who can spark conversations and make guests feel at home.
• Strong multitasking skills-pouring drinks, taking orders, and keeping the bar running smoothly.
• A passion for hospitality and a love for creating memorable experiences.
• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who communicates effectively with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff.
• Someone who thrives under pressure and stays cool, calm, and collected during rushes.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 lbs, and move quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be at least 18.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• We are looking for FULL TIME and PART TIME

What You'll Do:

• Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency and flair.
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring they have an incredible experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless service and a lively atmosphere.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is 11.35 plus tips
