What You'll Do You’ll have full ownership of warehouse and fulfillment operations — from inbound receiving through final shipment — and will directly manage a team of 4–6 warehouse associates. This is a working manager role; you’ll be on the floor alongside your team as much as you’re overseeing it. Direct all inbound and outbound fulfillment operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping Ensure orders go out accurately and on time, maintaining high standards for quality and customer satisfaction Schedule, coach, and develop warehouse staff; balance workloads and maintain a high-performance team culture Oversee light manufacturing and assembly tasks, including product kitting, plastic cutting, counting, and packaging Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS and ERP platforms; track shipments and stock levels in real time Develop, document, and enforce SOPs; train staff to execute consistently and safely Operate and oversee warehouse equipment, including forklifts Apply Lean and 5S methodologies to continuously improve throughput, reduce waste, and raise the bar on operations Maintain full compliance with safety regulations and equipment maintenance standards What You Bring A hands‑on leadership style — comfortable managing a team and getting into the work yourself Proven background in e-commerce fulfillment: picking/packing, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and light assembly A continuous improvement mindset with practical Lean/5S experience Proficiency with ERP and WMS systems; NetSuite and/or RF‑Smart experience is a strong plus Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑changing, entrepreneurial environment High standards for accuracy, organization, and workplace cleanliness Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent trade school credential) 3–5 years managing warehouse and fulfillment operations in a small-to-mid‑size company 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse or manufacturing setting Forklift certification and experience with standard warehouse equipment Valid Driver's License with a clean record What's in It for You Competitive salary Full benefits package including healthcare Flexible scheduling, paid holidays, and strong PTO A culture that rewards initiative and gives you real ownership over your work The chance to grow alongside a mission‑driven company that's scaling fast If you're ready to take the lead in a role where your impact is visible every day, we want to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr 512Financial
