Job Summary:
The position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Operating Room (OR) and Surgery at a healthcare facility in Round Rock, Texas. The role involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care in a busy surgical environment. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Round Rock, Texas
• Shift: Tuesday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM (varied based on need, including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts)
• Required Qualifications:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Basic general Operating Room (OR) knowledge of more than one year
  • Trauma experience for RN and surgical technician roles
  • Vascular surgery experience for RN and surgical technician roles
  • Experience in general, orthopedic, and neuro surgery for both RN and Tech roles
  • For candidates applying for Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), at least two years of CVOR experience, including all adult open heart cases and endovascular procedures, is mandatory
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with robotic surgeries and complex vascular procedures such as TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, EVAR, and open vascular surgeries
  • Trauma and vascular surgery experience are highly desirable
• Additional Information:
  • Candidates without the required skills will not be considered.
  • Candidates with the preferred skills will be prioritized.
  • Dress code includes light blue scrubs provided by the organization.
