Senior Mechanical Project Manager - Miami - $180,000

Up to $180,000 DOE + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + Vehicle Allowance A leading Mechanical Contractor is looking to strengthen its Miami operations following the award of several large commercial and healthcare projects set to start across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Responsibilities Manage multiple mechanical construction projects simultaneously. Oversee project budgets, schedules and cost reporting. Lead subcontractor coordination and procurement activities. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation. Support field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Work closely with Preconstruction and Operations throughout the project lifecycle. Project Sectors Commercial Hospitality Mission Critical Mixed-Use What You'll Need Previous experience as a Project Manager with a Mechanical Contractor. Strong HVAC, plumbing or mechanical piping background. Experience delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout. Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills. Ability to build relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or similar construction software is preferred.
