Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Actively engage with new and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Sales Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new policyholders and expand existing relationships.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Allstate's insurance products and services to effectively communicate benefits and options to clients.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive support.
• Networking: Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and local businesses to drive new business opportunities.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with office staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Licensing: Property and Casualty licensed is preferred willing to train. Licensing assistance available.
• Networking: I am looking for someone that hasn't met a stranger and is willing to meet new people.
• Must live within an hour or closer to the office
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Customer Focused: Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and meeting client needs.
• Adaptability: Comfortable with a hybrid work model that combines remote and office-based working environments.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute positively to a team environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM software and other office productivity tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
