This is a high-impact role focused on improving how production operates across a portfolio of world-class game studios.In this role, you will partner closely with development teams and cross-functional leaders to drive alignment, improve operational consistency, and help translate strategic priorities into effective execution. You’ll play a key part in enabling scalable, high-performing production practices across a spectrum of game development environments.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoys working at the intersection of production, strategy, and operations.What You’ll DoPartner with StudiosBuild strong relationships with development teams to understand production challenges, risks, and opportunitiesProvide targeted support on high-priority initiatives and areas of needIdentify common themes across studios to inform broader improvementsImprove Production OperationsEstablish and maintain clear, consistent reporting frameworks that support leadership visibilityEnsure project information is accurate, actionable, and accessible for decision-makingSupport and manage key operating rhythms, including studio reviews and leadership forumsDrive Alignment & ExecutionTranslate strategic initiatives into clear, actionable plans for studios and partner teamsCollaborate with production, product, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignmentDeliver structured, high-quality communication to support executive decision-makingScale Best PracticesDocument and standardize effective production processes and workflowsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational frictionPartner with central teams to align tools, processes, and ways of workingProvide Advisory SupportHelp teams navigate ambiguity, change, and complex production challengesDevelop practical frameworks, recommendations, and plans that improve outcomesWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum QualificationsSenior level experience in game development or game publishingStrong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideasExperience working in cross-functional, collaborative environmentsProven ability to manage ambiguity and drive progress in evolving situationsPreferred QualificationsBackground working across production, product, program management, or operationsExperience supporting leadership decision-making or executive operating rhythmsFamiliarity with scaling processes and best practices across teamsKey SkillsStrong organizational and prioritization abilitiesProblem-solving mindset with a proactive approachLeading impactful change through relationships and influence, rather than authorityAbility to quickly understand new projects and contribute effectivelyComfortable influencing without direct authority and building strong working relationshipsAt SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
