Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide expert emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment as a travel RN. Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing services to stabilize and support patients through various medical emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical status effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with at least 1 year of emergency department experience.
• Possess current TNCC certification.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment, crisis management, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment during night shifts.
• Proven excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
