Your Role as a Talent Mentor As a Talent Mentor , you’ll play a key role in developing and recruiting top leadership talent while supporting multiple restaurants. Your day-to-day will include: Partnering with restaurant leaders in your assigned area. Visiting two locations daily to recruit leadership positions. Providing coaching and feedback to develop restaurant teams. Helping locations hit key targets in sales, labor, and food costs. Building a strong leadership pipeline for future growth. Fostering a culture of positivity and gratitude within each restaurant. Collaborating with District Managers to ensure staffing success. Who We’re Looking For 2-5 years of experience in recruiting and leadership development (restaurant industry preferred). Proven ability to develop talent and hit key performance metrics. Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring a team. Availability to work a set five-day schedule (no Sundays). Enthusiastic, positive, and driven with a growth mindset.
